Road Atlanta July 20-21 2019 (Driver's Ed)

Charleston to drive up as a group. (It's always fun to travel with others).

The event details per clubregistration.net site are as follows (06/22/2019):

• SA2010 or newer rated helmet required
• Convertibles must have roll over protection – see Car and Driver Requirements for details
• Event runs rain or shine
• All experience levels welcome
• Open to licensed drivers age 16 or older (under 18 requires accompanying parent)
• Passengers are allowed (16 or older)
• Sessions will run from 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Check in at the track will be available from 5pm-8pm on Friday and at the track the morning of the event beginning at 6am
• Limited number of electrical hook ups will be available for a fee payable at the track
• Camping at the track is free
• Full weekend cost is $475 per driver
• Novice Instructed requires an additional $75 instructor fee
• We also have a limited number of Saturday Only and Sunday Only spots (available for solo drivers only)
• Co-Driver registration is an extra $100 and is not available to Novice-Instructed drivers. Co-Drivers will share main driver's car and sessions.
• If you register for a sold out run group we will place you on the wait list for that group. If no openings occur you will be refunded your registration fee.
• No registration is confirmed until payment is received.

 

Run Group Info

• For this event we will have 4 run groups.
• Novice - will include both instructed drivers and solo drivers.
• Intermediate 1 - drivers who have solo-ed already and are ready to move out of the Novice group and have completed a minimum of 4-6 events.
• Intermediate 2 - drivers with more than 13-15 events working on becoming advanced drivers. In this Intermediate 2 group we will feature passing anywhere with a point by.
• Advanced - highly experienced drivers (25+ events) who can maintain speed through the corners. In advanced, you are expected to never hold up an approaching faster driver.

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event - full refund.
• Cancellations 8-14 days before event - refund minus $50 cancellation fee or a FULL credit to a future Just Track It event.
• Cancellations 7 days or less before an event - no refund or credit

Indemnity Policy:

This is a high speed open track event held at a private racing facility. While the overriding consideration during the operation of the event is safety, incidents may occur that could cause vehicle damage and/or personal injury. You will be driving with other participants whose vehicles may be uninsured and/or unregistered. You are fully responsible for the safe operation and safe mechanical condition of your vehicle. Just Track It, LLC, its officers, staff and facility providers assume no responsibility in the event of an accident, of any kind, in the course of this event. The undersigned assumes all risks and hazards incidental to participating in this high speed open track event, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and does hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Just Track It, LLC, its officers, staff and facility for any claim of any kind for damage or injury to his/herself, his/her personal property, including his/her vehicle, or damage to any other person, personal property or vehicle. By participating in this event, you assume all risk and liability of damage to the facility. This includes but is not limited to damage to the track surface due to spilled fluids, damage to guard rail, and damage to tire barriers. If you have an incident that results in track damage you will be responsible for the costs of repair payable immediately to the track. Your registration is your acknowledgment of the above and agreement to attend under these conditions.
